Ways into Work

Ways into Work has over 20 years’ experience of providing supported employment services in Berkshire and surrounding areas. We have a simple but ambitious mission to ‘change lives one job at a time’.
We deliver a range of projects including Supported Internships, Supported employment and Individual Placement and Support (IPS). Currently we are supporting over 800 individuals to gain and sustain paid employment.
In May of 2024 Way into Work became a registered charity to enable us to deliver on our vision to be able to support any of the 84,000 people with disabilities and long-term health conditions in Berkshire on their employment journey, irrespective of personal circumstance.
At Ways into Work we believe there are two customers; individuals and employers. We work to match the skills and talents of individuals with a disability or disadvantage, to the business needs of employers.
Ways into Work spends time getting to know the local job market, we also spend time getting to know people who want jobs in that local area. This means we are able to perfectly match individuals to job opportunities. Having the “right person in the right job” has huge benefits for everyone involved.
We work with businesses in all sectors from global and national companies, to SME’s and “one man bands”.
