At RF we understand the benefits of work to mental health. Consequently we now deliver 16 employment services (15 in the south and 1 in the north). Often this work centres around clients who have been unemployed for long periods of time and in some cases may never have held full-time employment.
Our service is based upon the following principles:
• The promotion of recovery, including use of the Recovery Model;
• Achieving equal access to all communities;
• Focusing on community participation and addressing social stigmatism;
• Delivering a flexible, personalised service which meets the needs of the individual;
• Assisting clients through their journey to recovery through the ‘Recovery star’ to evidence service outcomes;
