Better Pathways

Better Pathways engages with individuals from the age of 16 who are experiencing mental health problems on a pathway towards recovery using a person-centred approach through education, volunteering and employment. We provide a range of volunteering opportunities through our Social Enterprises in preparation for paid employment. We deliver a range of non-vocational courses via our Recovery College these courses are delivered in local communities to support individuals to become empowered and to take control where they live. We work with employers across the West Midlands delivering Mental Health First Aid Courses and tailored support for employees. 

The service is aimed at anyone from the age of 16 upwards who is affected by a mental health condition at any level.
