We love working with people, making connections, collaborating, breaking barriers, and leading the way in community inclusion. We empower people with disabilities to achieve their career aspirations and enable employers to diversify their talent pool and create a more inclusive workplace culture thereby enhancing their workforce. We support education providers by offering young people meaningful, alternative programmes of engagement and work experience. Referrals can be made by professionals including DWP, Local Authorities, Education providers, employers and self-referrals are also welcome.
