Employment & Training Specialist (2 posts)S01 £26,400 - £28,032 pa incl. You will work closely with jobseekers to identify skills and strengths and match this to vacancies with employers. You will also provide “on-the-job” training to achieve jobseekers employment goals. To join the team you will need to be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and have an understanding of the employment related issues facing people with disabilities. Just as essential will be your ability to work to tight deadlines, achieve results, successfully negotiate with employers and respond to changing priorities. No two days will be the same and you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to achieve success within a lively and supportive team environment.
